List of Recyclable Items in Milton
The Town of Milton is a member of the Halton Region and therefore is under their jurisdiction for recycling and waste removal. In the Halton region all recyclables are collected weekly in the Blue Box provided for you. It's important to keep in mind that any recyclables placed in plastic bags, cardboard boxes, milk crates, etc. will not be picked up during the scheduled time. Only those placed within the Blue Box will be collected.
Any organics that you have should be placed in the green bin provided for you. Keep in mind that it's much easier to organize these materials if you separate as you go rather than once your waste is completely full.
